The Harris Baking Tradition

The Harris Family is true Savannah food history. The Harris' have owned and operated some of Savannah's most famous restaurants in the historic district for over 50 years. Family recipes are available daily from Harris Baking Company, including Regency Salad Dressing, Garlic Cheese Spread and the delicious Orange Nut Dressing for fresh fruit.

Sam was trained at the famous San Francisco Baking Institute and worked in France. He showcases his training and travels, along with his love of baking, in every product. All pastries and breads are baked fresh daily.

Sam's fare has been featured on the Food Network's "Food Finds" and has been written about in numerous publications, including "Southern Living," "Bon Appetit." and others.

Savannah's only true artisan bakery

All of our breads are baked fresh daily from scratch on the hearth, in the true artisan style and using no preservatives. Our breads include: Foccacia, Kalamat Olive, French Batard, French Baguette, Pecan Rasin, Cracked Wheat, Multi-Grain and Ciabatta. Call in your order, as we often sell out of our breads. Fresh baked breads are available after 10:30am.
